How long will it take to receive my funeral order of service booklets?

We offer a personal service with a time-sensitive turnaround.

We generally require a minimum of 48 hours, but ask that you allow as much time as possible.
If you need your order urgently, please call us on 01376 569345 prior to placing your order.

Please remember to factor in an extra 1 - 2 working days for delivery if you are not able to collect locally from Braintree Essex. Whilst we use a guaranteed next-working-day delivery service that over the years we have found to be very reliable, we prefer to factor in an extra day just in case of unforeseen postal delays, which thankfully, do not happen very often.

Orders of Service with just one or two photos will generally take less time to produce than a booklet containing multiple photos.

What's involved?

We pride ourselves on getting things right and giving your order the extra care and attention it deserves.

Once you have emailed us everything we require, we will put the layout and proofs together in a timely manner. You will then be provided with a simple web link so that you can quickly and easily access your proofs online. This also enables you to quickly share the proofs with anyone else who needs to give their approval.
